Events: Semi-finals of the Miss Serbia and Montenegro Pageant

Palić is celebrating an important jubilee – 161 years of tourist tradition in Palić. For this occasion, numerous cultural and entertainment programs are being prepared for the summer of 2006.
The most important one is the SEMI-FINALS OF THE MISS SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO PAGEANT 2006, organized by the company Miss Yu from Belgrade. The pageant was held on May 26th 2006 at the garden of the restaurant "Mala gostiona" in Palić.
The Semi-finals of the Miss Serbia and Montenegro Pageant was broadcast directly (8 pm — 10 pm) on "Super TV". During one of their appearances, the contestants presented the high fashion collection by the famous designer Marija Šabić. The program also featured the band "Perpetuum mobile" from Subotica, who performed pop-rock hits and the dance ensemble "Kalisto".
International cocktail master, Dragan Ljiljak prepared the "Simex" cocktails of welcome.
Sixteen young women took part in the program. The winner was Ana Sain from Obrenovac who also carried the title "Elitte Face of Palić"
